high fructose corn syrup was created by MrSmith
Hi there!
I'm going to the States in march. Are there any products without high fructose corn syrup, or are there any products I can eat when I do have furctose intolerance?
Thank you!

You can eat most of the foods that are "organic". Normally, those foods don't contain high fructose corn syrup.

HellO!
Most kosher products don't have HFCS in it! And most of them are lactose-free!
Normally there is a section for kosher products in american supermarkets.
