And something else...
I've read that sheep or goats milk is lactose free. Is that true? Can I eat feta-cheese?

that's all really confusing...

Hello!
All mamals have lactose in their milk. So NO: You can not drink camel, goat or horse milk. They all contain lactose!

Feta cheese normally contains lactose, too.
