Hi!
I'm visiting Spain in the next month, so I would be happy if anyone could tell me, if you get lactse enzyme in drug stores there?
Or lactose free milk products or soy products in supermarkets.

Thanks a lot!

Hi! I live in Spain and you can find some different brands of lactase enzyme at pharmacies. I take "Nutira" by Lab. Salvat.

Nowadays you can find alternatives to milk in almost any supermarket, as rice, oak or soya drink, also lactose free milk, cheese or yoghourt (specially recommended brand "Kaiku" in purple packaging).

Moreover there is a new Law about allergens and menus at restaurands must show clearly if milk, gluten, nuts, etc., are included in each dish.

Enjoy your trip to Spain!
