You can probably tell by this list I have a difficult time staying away from my intolerances. I also have a deep set fear of carbs from years of being fat and years of finally getting most of the extra weight off. I'm not exactly the fanciest cook. Most of what I eat is very plain. I feel overwhelmed most days because I don't know how to feed myself and not fear either A. Weight gain or B. Kicking up my intolerant reactions.
