Lowering Histamine Levels was created by Mr Histamine
hi everyone,

i understand that using an anti-histamine (like Piriton or Zirtek) will not lower Histamine levels but simply block the receptors.

is there something that does lower histamine levels if they have built up?

i use quercitin with bromelain/vitamin c and drinking water... is there something more effective?

thank you
