I've read this book and I read some facts that I didn't know so far. Thanks for sharing. Well, I'm sensitive to histamine and I was informing myself for a long long time. 2 month ago I found a dietary supplement called Daosin, which helps your body with the histamine level and avoid an allergic reaction if you eat histamine rich food. Helps me perfectly!
