I'll safely say on behalf of everyone else with HIT that it blows a hard wind and can really make one feel isolated and not even human--especially over a long period of time. I'm curious to see how old people were when it first started for them. I was 22, although my health was always in bad condition, it spiked up to a new level. I feel it's the body's way of expressing itself with what is going on to help hint at how to fix it.
