Hi, I am relatively new to a diet avoiding FODMAPs; I have been gluten free for years. The new diet has been wonderful!! I have been recently diagnosed with gastroparesis. ALL pill forms of vitamins do not sit well in my stomach. I have been receiving a monthly shot of Vb12 due to low levels, but have switched to a liquid form to see if it works for me. I seem to be tolerating it well and would really like to branch out to other liquid forms of vitamins - especially glucosamine.
My question for everyone is - is there a line of liquid vitamins that are safe for those with fructose intolerance?? Thanks for the help!!
Thank you for your post. I am also looking for a multivitamin recommendation- especially one that kids could swallow or drink. If anyone has a recommendation, I would greatly appreciate it. I found a liquid brand that says it is for fructose intolerance but it has brown rice syrup as one of the main ingredients. Have any of you found that you can tolerate brown rice syrup?
