Hello, New to posting. I'm a ovo-lacto-pescatarian vegetarian(For moral reasons). I need some major advice on eating. A couple years ago I got blood work done and found out I was intolerant too...
Bakers Yeast
Brewers Yeast
Cane Sugar
Tomato
Sesame
Everything citrus
Lima Beans
Peaches
Corn
Almonds
Wheat
Amaranth
Spelt
Whey
and Yogurt

You can probably tell by this list I have a difficult time staying away from my intolerances. I also have a deep set fear of carbs from years of being fat and years of finally getting most of the extra weight off. I'm not exactly the fanciest cook. Most of what I eat is very plain. I feel overwhelmed most days because I don't know how to feed myself and not fear either A. Weight gain or B. Kicking up my intolerant reactions.

Any advice would be helpful.
