I found something called Tapioca flower in a health food shop. Am trying to find new ingredients. Does anyone have any experience with this? Is it suitable for people with HIT and/or fructose intolerance?
tapioka is starch. so it dosen't have fructose (I have looked in BLS). it also dosen't have a lot of amino acid.
so it looks like that it is okay with HIT. but you have to taste it. with HIT it's complicate to say "yes, it's okay" because some people can eat it some not. but tapioka looks good
