Yoghurt is difficult to assess because yoghurts are quite varied in their consitency. So far as I can tell, yoghurts don't work for me at all, which does not bother me too much since I don't much like them. I only kept trying them because they are supposed to be very healthy and are probiotics. After the fourth disaster, I have crossed them off my list and I don't greatly miss them. It is true anyway that each individual is different conerning what they can or cannot eat but I think that is especially true so for as yoghurt is concerned.
