Hello
I have always thought I was wheat gluten and lactose intolerant. I notice lately that even eating wheat and gluten free food makes me feel bad so having seconed thought about it, I know I'm intolerant to lactose for sure.
What made me think it could be histiman is when I have any alcohole I get bad flushing and was reading that this could be histiman intolerance.
I'm sick of feeling so ill bones aching just generally unwell every day.

Don't get any help from doctors was told they don't do food intolerant test anymore so just got to get on with it. I also can't eat anything with sugar added makes me feel terrible.

I'm looking for any information I can get books etc.

I am sorry you are not feeling well. I can totally relate. have you been to a Gastrointestinal Specialist? I went to one as a pretty much last resort and thank god i did! they did three different tests on me after ruling out Gluten/Wheat (celiac Disease) I did three breath tests lactose intollerance, small bacteria overgrowth, and fructose malabsorbtion. turns out it is fructose malabsorbtion. I would highly reccomend getting these tests done! oh and i thought for sure i was lactose intollerant for years because my mom said i was as a baby and i found it kind of funny that it ended up being fructose and NOT lactose.
