Glad to have this info . Is it possible to find out about histamines in skin care products and shampoo and body wash products. What is safe to put on skin while going through histamine intolerance. Thank you.

hi folks,

the only treatment that I know is using dietary supplements like Daosin. That's what I'm using for almost one year. At the moment I'm not really sure if there is sth else which can help with this intolerance.
