I would love to know the serving size suggestion for these foods.
I just recently found out that I have fructose intolerance. (about a month now) I've been strictly sticking with the diet my nutritionist gave me, but I'm still bloating.
Afraid I'm eating too much of things.
Oh, I don't see Kale on the list. I've been eating a lot of Kale.
Wendy - be careful w/ what a nutritionalist or even a dietician has given you. Those are not specific to each person's sensitivity and a lot of times, they are truly clueless because this diet just isn't well known in the US. Just because it is on that list does not mean it is okay for you. There is so much debate out there on what is okay and what is not okay that there are numerous lists. Even the list the dietician gave me for my daughter had stuff indicated as okay when in fact she reacted to it. If it was so easy to follow - there would not be so much debate out there on what is okay and what is not.
serving size is small. especially on those foods that are listed as in moderation. your friend could have 10 strawberries; whereas, your body can only tolerate 2 or three of them.

Hello guys! Again: please be carefull with the amounts you eat! Everybody reacts different. So you have to know your own amounts of tolerable foods. The list here is a "rule of thumb" that should help you with your diet.

This should CORRECTLY READ " If the GLUCOSE-FRUCTOSE ratio (second to last column) is more than or equal to 1, ..." .
